This Privacy Policy applies to LifeOS - Track Your Life on iOS. By using the app, you acknowledge the data processing described here.
2. Categories of Data We Collect
- Authentication data (Firebase Auth: Apple, Google, anonymous sign-in)
- Health/habit data and profile fields (name, age, height, weight, gender, goal)
- HealthKit sleep analysis read data
- When In Use location data (WeatherKit-based weather/recommendations)
- Images via camera/photo library access
- Local notification permissions and preferences
- Firebase Analytics limited to core usage events (screen views, sessions, feature usage)
3. How We Collect Data
Data is collected through user-provided inputs, iOS permissions (HealthKit, location, camera/photos, notifications), authentication services, in-app technical events, and optional iCloud/CloudKit synchronization.
4. Purposes of Processing
- Account creation, login, and security operations
- Personalized tracking, analysis, and recommendations
- Context-aware content via WeatherKit
- Local reminders and notifications
- App performance, error analysis, and product improvement
- StoreKit subscription access control
5. Legal Basis (KVKK/GDPR Framework)
Data is processed based on user consent.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple (Sign in with Apple, StoreKit), WeatherKit, and CloudKit/iCloud may be used. These providers are subject to their own privacy terms.
7. International Data Transfers
Data may be transferred outside Türkiye due to global provider infrastructure. Firebase Cloud Functions region is configured as europe-west3.
8. Data Retention
Account data is retained while the account remains active. Local data remains on device. CloudKit/iCloud data may remain in Apple backup/retention systems for a limited period after deletion. Analytics does not intentionally store directly identifying personal user data; it only processes technical events such as app opens, crashes, and feature usage.
9. User Rights
You may have rights to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, and consent withdrawal.
10. Account and Data Deletion
In-app account deletion is available (path: Settings > Delete Account). After deletion request, Firebase user deletion is attempted and local data is cleared. CloudKit/iCloud data may be deleted with delay due to Apple retention behavior. For help: omeer85@gmail.com
11. Children's Privacy
The app can be used by all age groups. Children are advised to use the app under parental or legal guardian supervision.
12. Security Measures
We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed for internet-based systems.
13. Cookies/Tracking (Mobile Context)
LifeOS is an iOS app. Traditional web cookies may not directly apply; SDK-based identifiers may be processed for analytics/performance. We do not sell personal data. ATT is not used; the app does not perform cross-app tracking.
